A spokesman for the Kirkland, Wash., Police Department confirms Stevens was arrested on charges of assault in the fourth degree domestic violence.
Around 3:45 a.m., police were dispatched to a disturbance call, which involved a physical altercation between eight people at a party and the use of a stun gun.
After contacting several people who appeared to be intoxicated and were not cooperating with their investigation, police found Solo with a laceration to the elbow.
With the Dancing With the Stars alum, officers came across a 32-year-old female suffering from a hip injury and a 34-year-old male with scrapes and contusions.
Based on information they gathered, police proceeded to arrest Jerramy Stevens, a former NFL tight end. What exactly caused the brawl has not been revealed.
Interestingly, he spent the night in jail and had his first appearance in court Tuesday, after which he was released due to lack of evidence. So case closed?
Probably. The city district attorney will review the case and decide if they will file charges, but it seems unlikely if he's already been cut loose by a judge.
Stevens played nine seasons in the NFL from 2002-2010 and has been on everybody's fantasy football squad for a week or two at some point.
He also had some huge drops in the Super Bowl against Pittsburgh.
